Founder Story — Meet Alison
I founded WNDRLND Consulting after nearly a year immersed in surf communities across Southeast Asia.
I witnessed the breathtaking beauty that draws people to these coastlines — but my eyes were also opened to the impact of rapid, unchecked development that threatens to strip them of their magic.
The truth is, development is inevitable. But how it’s done makes all the difference.
With a background in international health and sustainable development, I knew I wanted to help shape a different future — one where sustainability isn’t an afterthought, but the foundation.
WNDRLND was born from that vision: to support resorts, surf retreats, and eco stays in becoming leaders of conscious tourism.
